Test suites

A test suite is a group of test cases that run together. Suites help you manage regression testing and test frequently during development. Use pre-written tests to build a smoke suite for quick checks or a regression suite for broader coverage.

Create a suite

1. Select Manage Test Suites in the left navigation, or open the Test Suites page.
2. Select Create new Test Suite.
3. Enter a name and description.
4. Select the test cases to include. You can pick from the list or use the search field.
5. Select Select.

Set the run order

On the selected test cases screen, drag and drop test cases into the order you want, then save.

Run a suite

Select Execute test suite to run it on demand. For scheduling, the API and parallel runs, see Run a test suite.

Edit a suite

Open Edit test suite from the Actions pane to change the name, description or contents of a suite, including adding a setup test.

Find the suite ID

Open the more-options menu in the Actions column and choose Details. The details show the suite ID, which you need to run the suite from the API or from CI/CD.
